Parents, here you can find our ‘Parent Handbook’ that provides more details about the PHCC program.  You can also find any forms that are required for enrollment.


Our ‘Parent Handbook’ should help to answer many of the questions you may have about our school and its policies and curriculum.

Please read all of the information in the ‘PHCC Parent Handbook’ prior to your teacher conference!

This is mandatory and you will have to sign off on receiving knowledge of this information, location of it, and the reading of the below information at the teacher conference.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the policies, rules, bylaws, or curriculum please contact your teacher, class Vice President or President.

Below are all of the required forms for PHCC. Please download and complete the forms.  These are to be turned in, along with your initial tuition payment, by July 1st.

Checks can be made out to Perry Hall Children’s Center.

Please note that your child cannot start school until the Child Health Form is received.

PHCC follows Baltimore County Public Schools.  In the event of inclement weather, a delay or closing by Baltimore County, PHCC Registration and Open House days and hours generally follow the county’s decision.
