PHCC follows Baltimore County Public Schools. In the event of inclement weather, a delay or closing by Baltimore County, PHCC Registration and Open House days and hours generally follow the county’s decision.
The document containing the full details of our weather policy can be found at the top of this page, under the ‘Parent Handbook’ section.
